 Hi guys its me again as promised :)
I am sorry again for the non showing for a while but the baby has kept me up all night moaning and groaning all the time! Anyway thats enough about the wife! (please don`t tell her)
This weekend we finally had a race! woooohoooo!!
A running race! great:(
All the rain on Saturday night was enough to turn Norgiots into somewhat of a mudpool.
Well done to TOUZ BOUZ for having secret training runs with Steve Cram to help him through this one and take the honours 5 minutes quicker than anyone else with our mate BAGPUSS Osbourn 2nd (nice to see you out so early) and Andy `I HAVE THE BIGGEST SUZUKI JEEP IN THE WORLD` Colver in 3rd. In the advanced it was good to see ROADIE Miller swap his lycra and aero lid for a bit of mud to take 1st followed by the ever hungry DUSTY Wilson in 2nd. Steve SILKY Smith was 1st in the OAP`s class ahead of Mark THAI Batiste to take the honours.
Well done to everybody who turned up to support the race and the guys who set up the day before. I know Herm hasn`t happened in a while but I have a good feeling that its gonna happen for the next mtb race on 21st March. If not we are all swimming!!
Well done to Tobyn NIPPA Horton who was on report sport tonight showing that he has signed a proffessional cycling contract for this season. Way to go bud and good luck! Just goes to show that it doesn`t matter how fat you are you can achieve anything you want if you put your mind to it!
Looking ahead now to next week and its the first TT of the season with a gruelling 3 laps of the coudre with a 7-30 sign on. well I say gruelling but when your this fat its hard to imagine going up coudre 3 times! hope to see you all there (including all the guys who have just been to Lanza, hope your enjoying the local weather hahaha)
